Quite simple: the returning procedure

Once you know about the criteria for the return of your WEEE you can use all the system's advantages quickly and easily:

• If the instruments you wish to return have a weight of - roughly estimated - more than 50 kg per piece, please inform the facility in advance by phone on short notice. Thus, the staff will be prepared and able to offer you targeted assistance with the return.
   
• VERY IMPORTANT: You have to download, print out and fill in this return form. You will have to submit it at the facility to ensure a free-of-charge acceptance and later it will prove the adequate disposal.

• Transport your devices to the next facility and submit the completed form.

 

Do you need support?

Is your WEEE too heavy to transport it yourself? Do you want it to be picked up by a qualified service provider?
